  • I want to thank Alli Rae for bringing me back to a place of strength. When I first started her Pilates classes 8 weeks ago, I was so weak it was difficult for me to go up a flight of stairs. Today I am a totally different person. Her skilled expertise allowed me to build up endurance without hurting my body. She is patient but persistent.
