With a foundation in Polestar Pilates and a background in Yoga, I combine evidence-based Pilates methods with movement science principles to create thoughtful, personalized sessions that enhance strength, mobility, and mind-body awareness. I am committed to continuous learning to provide the best possible experience for my clients.
Whether I’m teaching a class, working with clients one-on-one, or writing my newsletter, my goal is to inspire mindful movement, empower others to feel strong and connected in their bodies, and share valuable insights that support a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
